Here’s our favorite gingerbread castle built by amazing food artist, Christine McConnell in 2016. The design is spectacular and it’s 5 feet tall by 4 feet wide. It is truly magnificent. The castle has incredible detail like lighted candy cane glass windows and a separate gingerbread guillotine. Before you grab some gingerbread mix and a frosting gun, according to People.com, it took Christine 22 days, working about 15 hours per day. The entire design is edible but we can’t imagine eating it! Happy Gingerbread Decorating Day!
